About us

Meet our fun-loving, happy, friendly and hard-working team of physiotherapists, allied health assistants and admin superheros.

Our favourite thing to do is help our clients – big and small – reach their milestones and smash their goals. We’ve got big hearts and love sharing these special moments with our clients and their families and carers.

Our Story

Outreach Physiotherapy was founded by Emily Jordan in 2021, starting as a mobile service in the Darwin region after Emily spent over a decade working as a physiotherapist across the Northern Territory in diverse clinical settings. What began as a service operating from a car quickly grew into a fully equipped clinic in 2024. While we’re proud of our clinic as a comfortable space for both staff and clients, our mobile service remains at the heart of what we do. We believe in patient-centered and family-centered care, setting goals in real-world scenarios that matter most to you. At Outreach, we see ourselves as a bridge to up-to-date evidence, guiding and coaching clients to achieve their health goals.
