Living in regional and remote parts of South Australia can make it hard to access the therapy services you need. We are equipped with mobile equipment, portable assessment tools and telehealth capabilities to deliver culturally responsive and sensitive physiotherapy services in remote locations.

Natalie joined the Outreach Physiotherapy NT team in 2021, and alongside her business partner Emily, expanded the service by launching Outreach Physiotherapy SA in 2025.

Natalie Cihak is a highly experienced physiotherapist with a diverse clinical background spanning paediatrics, acute neurology, stroke rehabilitation, disability, musculoskeletal private practice, sporting teams, and community aged care. Her expertise extends across both hands-on clinical care and leadership roles within the healthcare sector.
